Professional career

Prior to the appointment as CEO and Member of the Group Executive Board, Lars Mørch was in the period 2021-2023 employed as director responsible for the business strategy of Jyske Bank. In the period 2006-2018, Lars Mørch was a member of Danske Bank’s management group – hereof the last six years as managing director. During this period of time, Lars was, among other things, head of the group function HR/Communication, Area Manager of Sweden and Head of Business Banking. Lars Mørch was originally employed by Danske Bank in 1991.

Training and Education

In 1998, Lars Mørch completed his Master of Arts at Warwick Business School, and on this background he was awarded a scholarship at CBS. In addition, Lars Mørch completed Stanford Executive Programme in 2006.
